At The Inlet Home we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely happy with your Shoreline Throw™ we want to make it right.


Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day return policy on all orders. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


To Be Eligible For a Return

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging if possible
  • You must contact us before sending anything back

    How To Start a Return

    1. Email us at theinlethome@gmail.com
    2. Include your order number and reason for return
    3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
    4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
    5. Once we receive and inspect the item your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to confirm. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.


    Exchanges

    If you ordered the wrong color or size we are happy to exchange it for you. Contact us at theinlethome@gmail.com within 30 days and we will walk you through the process.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your Shoreline Throw™ arrives damaged or defective we will replace it or refund you immediately — no return necessary. 


    Items We Cannot Accept Back

    • Items that have been washed or used
    • Items returned after 30 days
    • Items not in original condition

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective in which case we cover all return shipping.


    Sale Items

    Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only — not a cash refund.
